Yeah so when i go to my checkout via api I see my actual name in the top left coner when It should be my businesses name. Why is this? its the same when i go to one of my customer portals.

I think's it's related to the account name: https://support.stripe.com/questions/update-account-name-shown-in-the-dashboard
Can you try this in test mode to ensure that is it?

Nah this isnt it. I was just activating my account and i clicked the individual business option in. I also added my legal name. Now In the top left corner I see my name next to my business logo when it needs to be my business name in terms of checkout pages and the customer portals.

Set the name of your business in the Public business information section of the Stripe Dashboard. The customer portal displays this name to your customer.
