Hi, taking a look
Have you turned on Connect charges for their PayPal account? You'd need go to the Dashboard and click on the button "Enable" for Connect Charges for PayPal
Where should I find this button? Reading the docs I looked everywhere but I can't find something similar

brief recap:
- I'm in test mode on a test account we use for non-production environments
- In the payment methods settings of the account, I enabled paypal
- In the payment methods settings for the connected accounts, there's no paypal available
I start thinking there's something wrong with our frontend implementation, I'm not changing anything from what we do with wallets to retrieve the payment method and confirm with confirmation token, but paypal doesn't show up to prompt for email

yes, it is marked as active
https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_methods/connected_accounts?config_id=pmc_1O9m6wD5S3Ge4mVNUgB8QLsS Paypal is not listed as an option. That's the Connect Payment Method Configuration that's being used for OBO or Direct charges.
