Ah, just cash like paper money 🙂 The supplier will reach to the door and collect the money in cash. So, when the customer has supplied the order for example - or the customer has picked it up by himself - we should somehow set the invoice as "paid in cash"?

Also, even if you don't want to bother with real Terminal devices for in-person payments, you can check out Tap-To-Pay, which allows you to accept in-person payments with just an iPhone or Android phone: https://stripe.com/terminal/tap-to-pay

Mhm, that looks cool. But we already provide our suppliers a custom app for supplying foods.
He will click on the current order he is supplying and mark the order as "paid in cash" (we will invoke an API call to stripe, to mark the invoice paid out of band in this case)
Once he has collected the money in paper / cash 🙂
