Hello, unfortunately this channel can only help with API questions. As far as I am aware, the API only allows reversing payouts on your connected accounts. For reversing a payout on your own account the support team is the best one to talk to. I am sorry that they misunderstood the first time but reaching out again is the best way to move this forward.
