I've no idea what country IC even is?

IC is the country code for Canary islands earlier accepted by Stripe.
Instead of XI for Northern Ireland and UK, Stripe is now accepting GB instead.
Wanted to confirm in this front too, or is there some other error?

I wonder if the correct code is ES given that Canary Islands are a part of Spain AFAIK?

Yes, we have few existing sources with country as IC, because of that, we are unable to convert it to payment method token
