๐ Welcome to your new thread!
โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
๐ This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1351224245551763456

Hello ๐
Some requirements take manual verification. Unfortunately, we do not know much about this process on this server as it's an internal Stripe process and we focus on helping developers code integrations with Stripe APIs.
One thing you can check is retrieve the Account object via the API: https://docs.stripe.com/api/accounts/retrieve
Hm I thought we could figure out from account.updated webhook logs what's wrong but idk
And check the requirements property
It's not telling me anything related
When I look at the most recent account.updated webhook event, I see the following in the requirements property:
disabled_reason: "other",
Unfortunately that isn't something we will be able to help with ehre. I recommend reaching out to Support: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Oh okay, that would be great if that happens in production as well ๐
But nevermind thanks, I'll reach out the support ๐
Thanks!
Yeah, that's why I think you will want to get the specific details of why this happened! We don't want you hitting this problem either in Test or Live mode
Yeah sure, thanks a lot, just reached our the chat support now, have a great day (:
I hope they can get to the bottom of what happened here. Have a good one
