all our users are from italy. is it possible there are other reasons just for some customers?

south lantern

Do the amounts vary?

#

Pay in 3 has a minimum and maximum charge amount

#

Also in that section

graceful canyon
#

yes sometimes a greater upfront amount is required

#

and two smaller after that

south lantern
#

So that's one possibility for it not showing if it's not in that range

graceful canyon
#

639€ is the total amount

south lantern
#

Ok do you have a payment intent id where pay in 3 didn't show?

Gotcha

#

And did the customer happen to share a screenshot of the options that they are seeing?

graceful canyon
#

no, I just have the word 😄

#

sorry

south lantern
#

Ok

#

But you've had multiple reports from different Italian customers?

graceful canyon
#

it could be the first. they told me that an option with a greater amount for the first installment was provided, but not the three with the same amount

south lantern
#

Oh interesting

#

So pay in 3 was available

#

Just equal amounts wasn't

graceful canyon
#

yes

south lantern
#

This is expected and how pay in 3 works

#

but Klarna might occasionally charge your customer more in the first installment based on the customer’s purchase power and other credit factors.

graceful canyon
#

ok thank you
