Okay, it looks like we are throwing this error because you are passing in the same event_name as a meter which already exists.

We should return a better error for this. I can raise that internally

I have flagged this error internally and we will be investigating it. In the meantime, please make sure to use unique event_name values for each Billing Meter you create.
