We're building a new version of our system and were keen to upgrade to the latest APIs but it appears that will not be possible for us.
We can support our current model with the legacy usage APIs
Hi ๐ you're right, the new version of usage-based billing, with Meters, doesn't handle this situation well. To handle this with the new approach, you would need to create a separate Meter and Price for each team being represented within a single Subscription.
I'm not aware of plans to remove access to the Usage Records flow at this time. And I anticipate that if we decide to fully deprecate those, that you would be given ample notice to migrate away from them first.
Thanks, looks like we'll have to stick with legacy.
I can perhaps see a route where we create the price for the team at checkout from templates.
Are there any restrictions on the number of prices we can create?
Nope
Thanks so much, we'll see what we can do
Any time!
