Hi there!
We only generate the url for the Hosted Invoice Page when the Invoice is finalized, as we document in the api reference: https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoices/object#invoice_object-hosted_invoice_url

if we finalized the invoice, will the invoice be sent to the customer immediately? or can we send it after using sendInvoice API.

Its up to you; there is a setting in the dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic that reads "
Send finalized invoices and credit notes to customers" - if you have that turned on, then Invoices will be sent upon finalization
If you wish, you can turn that off and then make use of the "Send an invoice for manual payment" endpoint, as you mentioned.

I have one more question.
If the invoice is finalized, is it possible to update or delete it? for example, changing the purchase's price or unit.
I understand it is not possible to do any action after sending the invoice but is it possible to do it before that?
