Is your question about the data in the Payment Intent itself or about what is displayed on the Stripe Dashboard?
Hi @dusk oyster it is about what is displayed on the Stripe dashboard as my boss is checking what I have done and he saw that inconsistent behaviour on the Stripe dashboard so he said that I'm doing something wrong with my integration.
We help developers coding integrations with Stripe APIs here. Unfortunately, that means I cannot offer any insights about the Dashboard
To make it a bit clearer, here is what my boss expected to see when he enter the Stripe dashboard with payment intent for guest. But sometimes the Stripe dashboard just does not display so I'm not sure if my call to Stripe APIs is wrong and cause this problem

Damn. Okay I thought it might be differences int he Billing Details you captured but they look the same to me.
- First PI - confirm request
- Second PI - confirm request
In both cases the payment_method_data.billing_details contain both email and name. Unfortunately, this is a scenario where I don't know why the Dashboard isn't handling this properly and you will need to reach out to Support
