If you want to do that, you'll need to have the ability to accept moto payments enabled on your account

When I submit the payment to stripe api I would flip the moto boolean to on then as well? Would I need to do this for each connected account since I am using direct charges (standard connected account for now)?

Ok great thanks. And just to clarify there is nothing inherently wrong with having a customer dictate CC info over the phone to a connected account who inputs into a payment element? I am unable to find this use case on Stripe Docs and want to ensure we are doing this properly.

You'd need to have this enabled on your account first

As long as support verifies you're compliant, etc it's fine
