Hi! I don't see them in the docs at the moment either, but I suspect you'd be able to create a webhook endpoint via API that included those: https://docs.stripe.com/api/webhook_endpoints/create
I can spot these events in the docs online, which is odd: https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/types#event_types-terminal_hardware_order.delivered

I don't see them - so I suspect this isn't in public release yet. If that doesn't work, you'll need to reach out to Support for help with this as we're not able to dig deep enough in here to help with those.
