Setup Intents are your best bet here. You can use the Setup Intents API to set up a payment method for future payments. It's similar to Payment Intents but no charge will be created at the time [0].

the issue with setup intents is, that the customer will see 0.00€ in google pay. But i need to show the proper amount there which only works with payment intents

Can you provide more context on your use case? It will be good to understand why you need to collect a payment method today, then charge the following day.
