what is payment intent id?
do you mean the customer payment that has been declined due to exceeded payment limit?
Payment Intent ID starts with pi_. If you have the request log ID (starts with req_xyz) or a payment intent ID for the declined payment, it will be useful to look into.

I have logged in to stripe dashboard
At the top right hand corner there is a gear icon. Click on it and then click Profile. Here all your account IDs will be listed (if you have more than 1 account). Provide me with the account ID of the affected account.

I checked on the account, however, as this channel is for technical integration questions we're unable to assist with the increase in payment amount limit. I would recommend contacting Stripe Support https://support.stripe.com/contact, they'll be able to help you with that!
