π Welcome to your new thread!
β²οΈ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
β±οΈ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
π This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1348714104084238409

Can you clarify your question? I'm seeing that the trial ends 2026-25-02 for the subscription you shared.
Yes the trial end is correct, the start is not updated though

5 years ago is not when this new trial was started
Understood, I see what you're saying. Let me doublecheck things on my end.
Ok, my apologies for the delay here. We're aware of the behavior you're reporting. Is it blocking you in anyway?
Hello
Taking over here
It looks like this is a known bug/limitation with the API today, you would need to open a support ticket with Stripe Support and they can escalate this to the appropriate product team
Hello @keen basin, we tried to send you a direct message, but couldn't
- π We would like to send you a message that has instructions on how to open a direct support case with our Developer Support team, in order to help you more effectively.
- Please enable direct messages from members of this Discord server (please see the instructions here) and let us know so we can try again!
Can you enable your DMs? I will share you a link using which you can create a support case directly
you can't share that here?
It's a publicly accessible link so anyone can then create a ticket using that link unfortunately.
I think I changed that setting, lmk
