You can see that it has a "Whitelist" feature, but when you try to list out entitlements for customerID: cus_RmHVBWmixPwGr4, it only shows two
Hi, are you asking if you can retroactively apply entitlementx on subscriptions after they already subscribed?

I do not think that is possible as the entitlements need to be applied to the products, https://docs.stripe.com/billing/entitlements?dashboard-or-api=api#assign before they subscribe.
You would need to update the subscription with the new prodcts, https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/upgrade-downgrade with the entitlements to achieve this.
