I see. Did you have succeeded requests in the past (using Link)? Is this something new you observe recently?

it's something new we've observed

I've definitely seen and used the "link" login for the PaymentsElement. but it's been using a card within link, and has worked fine.

As soon as I logged out of link and added a new card, it worked

Do you mean this only happen with a specific Link account?

That's a normal card transaction. I mean did you have a succeeded Link transaction?
