I've definitely seen and used the "link" login for the PaymentsElement. but it's been using a card within link, and has worked fine.
As soon as I logged out of link and added a new card, it worked
Do you mean this only happen with a specific Link account?

That's a normal card transaction. I mean did you have a succeeded Link transaction?
