I needed to show application name, applcation ID, auth code but there's no pan sequence number , can I find it from somewhere or it's not possible in stripe

I've seen it on regular receipts

and business is asking me if we have such a thing on stripe

it's a number like 00 , 01 that shows if the issued card is the first one, second one, etc. in case for example someone looses his card

Hmm yeah I'm not aware of that being an Issuing feature or a part of the Issuing API, no. Overall though we just focus on the API -- you could double check with our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login to make sure I'm not missing something here about how these receipts are crafted.
