Yes you can change the billing_cycle_anchor. However, note that the only accepted values for updating billing_cycle_anchor are "now" "unchanged", so I'd recommend you using subscription schedule to update it.
If I update the billing_cycle_anchor, will that immediately trigger a charge?
I was under the impression that changing billing_cycle_anchor could cause an immediate billing event. Could you confirm if this is correct?
