Yes exactly!
That's what I'm observing with these test IBANs anyway, but I just want to make sure this is also the case in production since at the time I was told that it might stay 'incomplete' for pending payments.
Or I dunno, maybe I just misunderstood something from that conversation at the time.

Ok, so the subscription became active at 2025-03-06 00:59:14 UTC when the paymentIntent transitioned into processing status. However, the table in this doc doesn't specify the mapping subscription status, and I think this is something we miss.

I believe the behaivour is consistent in test mode and live. I just did a quick test and I observed the same behaviour.
I'll follow with the relevant team to confirm the behaviour in production, and update the docs accordingly.
