Additional info:
When going to the connected dashboard account, I see this 11550 amount in the response body of the https://dashboard.stripe.com/ajax/balance/summary?expand%5B%5D=data.net_available_instant_by_destination request (see screenshot). However I cannot find this amount on the dashboard

Ah my bad indeed I was not using the --live flag
Indeed I see the amount in the pending section, however I still don't understand what does it represent

You want to understand what pending balance means?

Funds take time to settle
So they sit in pending until they've settled and are ready to pay out
