Hi @tardy fox
Hi there, I just tested it out, the max days_until_due that you can set is 1826, approx 5 years
Ok also @tardy fox
Once due date is over what is the limit till which user can do the payment for the invoice
is it 30 days after the due date
Are you asking if your customer can still pay a past due invoice?
Yes they can still pay a past due invoice, thre's no time restriction
ok so technically they will be able to pay the past due invoice even after 2 months of due date
Yes they can
Ok
Also we are observing a thing that I would like to clarify
So once the invoice becomes past due on the platform
we are observing a draft invoice being created for the invoice, so is this expected?
Or is there a way we can find out whether the draft invoice was created from the api or the stripe dashboard
Can you share the relevant invoice IDs?
Sure
in_1Qw3VWJQI69B2MyAxF3JPLeO is the invoice id for one such draft invoice
@tardy fox
Hi. I'm taking over from my colleague. Please, give me a moment to catch up.
Sure
a draft invoice being created for the invoice
I am not quite sure what this means. Another Invoice is being created?
yeah
There was a invoice which was past due
and then invoice with in_1Qw3VWJQI69B2MyAxF3JPLeO id was created as draft
So is there any way to figure out whether this invoice was created from the stripe dashboard or from the api
@steep bay are you there
Yes, you can see here that the Source is Dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/events/evt_1Qw3VWJQI69B2MyA6eLBxOFJ
Ok Thanks @steep bay for clearing things
