hello! link being on or off should not be related to whether or not bank payments go through. do you have an example bank payment that failed? an invoice ID would be helpful
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.

looking into that now
thanks!
fyi a couple of threads just popped up so i might be a little slow
no worries!
ok, it looks like that specific payment was declined due to a risk evaluation:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/events/evt_3QxosZLZ1kEeNsfj2mvYE2Ou
that also looks like it was a card payment, not a bank transfer
at least for the first charge
its a link instant bank payment
Non-card Link payments, such as Instant Bank Payments, function similarly to card payments. The associated PaymentMethod objects have a type of card and a card brand of link. Because non-card payment methods don’t have concepts such as expiration dates or card networks, Stripe assigns fixed values to certain API object properties that card payment methods normally include.
thats what I see written in the dashboard looking at the payment intent
seems like a lot of failures for different customers
ok cool, that makes sense
we don't generally look into why individual transactions failed or were blocked, the server is usually more for integration + API specific questions. do you mind if i send you a link to create a ticket with our support team who will be better equipped to look into this for you?
sure that works!
We wish we could help, but you need to talk to Stripe support

- 👥 You must be comfortable receiving help in public (this is a public server)
If any of those aren't true please contact Stripe support.
If all of those are true we may have misunderstood your question; please provide more details below.
