i find it a bit easier to parse by just CMD+Fing what i'm looking for. the list of subscription events isn't tooooooo long.

customer.subscription.created
customer.subscription.deleted
customer.subscription.paused
customer.subscription.pending_update_applied
customer.subscription.pending_update_expired
customer.subscription.resumed
customer.subscription.trial_will_end
customer.subscription.updated

the testing doc also breaks down different events and when you should be listening for them and taking action
