If so you can use the card_ id with PaymentIntent directly like a Payment Method

How do I access this migration tool?

You can access the tool by following this link to your Dashboard. If you have not already done so, you will first be prompted to opt into a preview for Workbench - please accept by selecting “start migrating with Workbench.”

at this point i don't really know if there's any benefit to me using Checkout Session, I might just be able to swap it out with PaymentIntent. The Embedded Components recommends the Checkout Ssession API : https://docs.stripe.com/payments/online-payments#compare-features-and-availability

To provide a little more context, I'm already displaying the saved payment methods with our own code, so all the Elements are doing is providing the CC, Exp date, and CVC

I just don't know if it's worth keeping the Checkout Session and migrating the card data or swapping to Payment Intents where I might be able to use the existing card_ type and then customers will gradually add new cards and we'll get off the old method

The error we returned on that request is due to using card id. Let me see if there are any workarounds here
