the automatic retries of webhooks is not configurable.

I can not control it? Like how many times stripe can retries my webhook. cause I Think I've done this in past, with Old UI.

no there's no way to change the default retry schedule for webhooks.

After 15 minutes of payment intent, I look up in my DB, and if the webhook did not change my IN_PROCESS field to COMPLATED, I rollback.
Is this kind of logic is okay?
