it's not something that I think we can give a specific timing for, typically, I'll recommend listening for the account.updated event to keep an eye on when the capabilities become active - https://docs.stripe.com/api/accounts/object#account_object-capabilities

Hi I'm trying to update my new phone number to my kwick stripe account , I sent photo selfie and picture of my ID with the date and a selfie of me holding up the paper with the date next to my face and then they said the next step was to recieve a phone call to verify some last information before they can proceed with my phone number change to my stripe account but I never received that call today after I sent an email with the date I would be available and times
