thanks for sharing that! Are you saying that you've tried the above but no email was sent? If so, can you share the SetupIntent ID where you ran the above code snippet you shared? The SetupIntent id will have the prefix seti_
The setup intent is
you created this SetupIntent via the Dashboard, I don't see you running the code snippet you shared for that SetupIntent

We noticed that setup intent is in sandbox for some reason even though the api keys were for test mode-nonsandbox
So we are recreating one more time

We are using the test api keys and the customer is still being created in the sandbox
can you check if your account has emails for mandates turned on as mentioned in https://docs.stripe.com/payments/ach-direct-debit#sending-custom-mandate-notifications-(online)
