The 'payment_intent_data[transfer_data][destination]' param cannot be set to your own account.

company account is of singapore based and connected account is of UK based.

Ok so you are using both the Stripe Account header, set to acct_1QuuTUR6EJNpbfbx, and the payment_intent_data.transfer.data.destination, also to acct_1QuuTUR6EJNpbfbx. You want to use either of them.

I think you want to remove the Stripe Account header
