Hello! The easiest way would be to update the account object itself instead of using stripe trigger: https://docs.stripe.com/api/accounts/update
You could do something like update the metadata, for example.
You can still do it with Stripe CLI, it's just not stripe trigger in this case.
Can I test my webhook locally or do I have to put it on a server?

You can test it locally. You'd still use stripe listen for that part as normal. The API reference I linked to has a code snippet on the right which you can switch to Stripe CLI to see an example.
ahh ok sorry I had it defaulted to nodejs . Let me check the cli
