Do you have a Price ID for the starter plan or a Checkout Session ID?
I'll use this to take a look at your account logs, though I suspect you'll need to add some logging on your end to determine why the right Price ID isn't being used

Okay, spot checking the Sessions created today, I don't see any that were created with the Pro plan ID. I recommend logging process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_STRIPE_PRO_PRICE_ID in your code or swapping out this environment variable to hard code the Pro plan ID instead just to test this out
