Just to be clear, this is the error they ran into when using hosted onboarding to add an external account?

For a Standard Stripe Connect Account
Specifically when adding a 'Citizens bank' external account for payouts
It's likely we received some error from Citizens Bank. Were they able to retry, either with the same bank account details or a different external account?
I'll have them retry.
Another client is complaining that Stripe Connect Hosted Onboarding is not allowing him to use his existing account's information for our platform, although we have enabled Legal Entity Sharing
Any idea what we could try there?
Do you know if he used the same login credentials to log into Stripe when they started to go through onboarding for your platform?
He confirmed that the email he is using to onboard onto us via Stripe Connect is the same one he uses for his actual business. I can't confirm that on my end since I don't have access but that's what he's saying.

No worries, is it possible to at least confirm that the email already has utilizable business information? Don't want to know what the infromation is or how many accounts he's connected to or anything, just that there exists information so that I can rule out the possibility that he may be using the wrong email?
