I created on successfully on live mode but it doesnt exist in this sand box

Here's what I see on my end
I see a "Back" button as well as a greyed-out "Create destination" button that gives me a reason why it's greyed out when I hover over it

On the previous screen, are you able to select "Webhook endpoint" (instead of eventbridge) as a destination type?
I'm mostly curious if this is specific to eventbridge or if you're blocked from creating any event destination

Any way you can make your window bigger/longer? I noticed the event destination creator/editor doesn't allow scrolling
Mostly wondering if the cancel/back/create destination buttons are just hidden
