I do see that there are stripe embedded components are available, but it looks like it requires a beta/updated version of stripe and updating stripe would require some extensive testing on our end.

The Embedded components are still beta, yes

Are you referring to updating the Stripe library in order to use the feature? If so, yeah I don't believe there's a workaround there unfrotunately.

Given that won't fit your usecase, are you asking how would you DIY your own Adaptive Pricing feature?

And I certainly don't want to do that lol. I kicked around the idea of standing up a separate service that can run a different version of stripe and return stripe checkout with custom components.

Yeah only real way to accomplish Adaptive Pricing is with Checkout... no real way around it.

So yeah either upgrading to take advantage of the Embedded Components or being okay with the Embedded form
