Hello! Usually this happens because you haven't set up a tax registration to collect tax for the given transaction. See here for details: https://docs.stripe.com/tax/registering

ah, got it... so we are a new company, and as we're still in early stages, I've been using a personal account to do development with for now... we will eventually transfer to our company account, where we will be registering for taxes/etc... may just be best to wait until we have a company account to get this hooked up... thank you!
