Hi there 👋 yes, the Balance Transaction is created and linked to the Charge as part of the capture step of the payment process.
Previously that was done inline, but newer API versions use our asynchronous capture by default, in which case the Balance Transaction will be created and attached as part of our async flows, rather than directly in response to a request you make.
