Access method: When the user wallet is not bound to a valid card, Google Pay or Apple Pay payment is still displayed on the corresponding platform

But now it can't be solved. The main problems are as follows: (with attachments)

Google Pay access problem:

On Google Chrome and Android devices, when there is no valid card linked to the wallet, Google payment can be displayed through the test tool Test Apple and Google wallet rendering | Stripe Documentation, but our integration page cannot display the Google payment button. What is the reason?
(The access documentation mentions that setting paymentMethods when creating expressCheckoutElement has already configured googlePay: 'always')

When testing on Google Chrome, when the wallet is bound to a valid card, sometimes the payment button cannot be displayed. After unbinding the card and rebinding it, it can be displayed. What is the reason?
