Yeah you should be able to create a normal, non-usage based subscription for this. You can have 2 Subscription items: 1 for the base cost of X USD, and then a second which will be 0.50 and you can change its quantity based on the number of employees

Thanks! But in that case, how can I provide the invoice that combine both subscription?
I saw this: https://docs.stripe.com/products-prices/pricing-models#adding-flat-fees, can't I use it for that too.
And I'm not really sure how can I update the quantity 😅, should I use the subscription api to update the quantity?
