The tax code is a product attribute

When looking at invoice lines, you'd need to expand the product using expansion: https://stripe.com/docs/expand
https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoices/object#invoice_object-lines-data-price-product

This would be: expand[]=lines.data.price.product

Then you can inspect the product tax code
