could you please help me to understand if somethings updated in stripe connect end , which we need to update in our Stripe connect integration
because NON-3DS payment is failing because we getting status = requires_action

looks like you used the test card 4242, which I agree shouldn't trigger 3DS. looking into this.

I just noticied that the connected account is in india
which does affect 3DS

and as mentioned in the link I sharexd above:
all international card payments made to new Indian Stripe accounts [...] will go through 3D Secure (3DS) authentication.

It's irrelevant. Because the Stripe account is Indian, 3DS is required for all payments as per the link above
