The payment retries had a longer intervals for a failed invoice.
but today it did not work as expected .
it had a very short interval .

it did 3 retries in less than minute

can you share 2 invoice IDs (in_xxx), one where you saw the long interval and one were you saw the short interval?

I have cleared the DB today so i dont have the previous invoice where it had longer interval

Yes i did the simulation using Test Clock

I had Smart Retries Enabled as well.
So once it fails i can have option on Client to Change payment method . but things were too fast here.

can you create another Invoice to see if the retries are slower? without any comparaison, it's hard to know if there's an issue or if it's just working as expected.
