Do we need this each time when creating subcription?

Looks like your server creates new price every time when the subscription is created. You should only create the price once, and re-use in the subscriptions for the same price plan

because product is directly created on Stripe dashboard with pricing info. In this case we don't have to do anything regarding pricing in BE? correct?

That's up to your business requirement. If the product has name and price amount, same price ID can be used
