👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1342048736137842751

Could you share an example Charge or Dispute ID, as well as the screenshot, so that I can look into on Step 1 you're referring to?

Thanks for sharing! For the step in the screenshot, it mainly serves as the initial questionnaire, so that the Dashboard can display the UI to collect the support documents or evidence in the next page.

#

If you use API, this step shouldn't be needed since you will submit according to different type of the reason on why you should win the dispute

So step 1 will not affect the final evidence that passes to the issuing bank, right?

Feel free to let us know if you see otherwise

Would you please help to confirm, cause if the step1 could affect the final evidence, our whole workflow may have change from API to uploading evidence via Stripe dashboard.

#

Our goal is to win as many disputes as we can.

Oh, ok ,thanks.

But I do have another question about dispute. Do I need to ask Stripe support as well?
