In https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_OPMYuv6J4MxrwG, the country wasn't specified and it will create US as the connected country. You'd have to specify the country that is non-US

I just have a question concerning US customers and the implementation :
Will I need to onboard us customers with the full agreement and non us with the recipient agreement ?
(For example by asking users their country, then if usa set agreement to full, else set agreement to recipient ) ?
I tested with non us and it worked with the recipient agreement, its only when I set country to 'US' where I need to use full
Yes, that sounds right to me if the purpose is just to do a cross payout (no payment)
