When making the payment for the first time, did you ask the Checkout Session / Payment Intent to save the paymennt method on the customer?

Then yes, when the customer returns for the payments in the future, the saved payment method can be used in the Payment Intent for the payments

no i dont want that i want that i can automatically deduct the payment from customer previous payment method when my new installment came

Isn't that what I mentioned earlier and what your first code does? You will set the saved payment method in the Payment Intent request and charge to the customer
