Hi there. Are you saying that you made a purchase for a product that was processed by Stripe and you're looking to find out why you haven't received a receipt email yet?

Thanks for providing that. I'd recommend first reaching out to the merchant with whom you made the purchase. They may be leveraging Stripe's receipt email features, or they may not.

You might try looking around for contact information on the website on which you made the purchase
