I know how the fee is calculated. So I can do that

Is there a way I can interrupt the payment flow to adjust the amount after they tap their card if I determine they are using a foreign card?

Can I even determine the type of card? Or is the only way to know if its a foreign card to examine the fee amount from the balance_transaction and compare it to what it 'should' be for a US card?
