I understand. I’m sorry to go to this length. The search capability within the website, to locate customer support, for chat, email, or phone support was honestly more difficult than it needed to be. Locating and entering this discord was much easier. Whoever set this up, should set up the customer support.
Can you help me get in touch with customer support at least?
