👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. alright, so how do I determine what happened with that refund?

#

It's also not null, it's just not there. I know that that is practically the same, but not technically

Yes, it's succeeded, but is it a reversal or a refund?

#

This is normally in the destination_details hash

#

Also missing ARN/STAN number for tracking

#

(also in there normally)

Hmm I see.

And what is the reason that this is different to begin with? Is it because it's a link payment?

limpid abyss
#

Yes it's because of the payment method type. Could you write to Support? They can investigate further on this case

pastel lark
#

Nah it's ok

#

I'll just work around it
